In 2004, Chris Clem, a Tennessee state legislator, joined the firm as an experienced and well-respected trial lawyer. In 2015, Jim Fields, then chair of the Hamilton County Commission, joined the firm, adding experience with bankruptcy, banking and creditor rights.
The firm’s client base and influence have now grown well beyond Chattanooga, throughout southeast Tennessee and north Georgia. With more than 160 years of combined legal experience, the firm provides representation in all state and federal courts in both Tennessee and Georgia.
